1. About the Foundation

Jackson Education Foundation is a Virginia 501(c)(3)  nonprofit corporation dedicated to supporting educational programs, students, educators, schools, and community initiatives in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Information on this website is provided for general informational, charitable, educational, and community engagement purposes.

2. Use of This Website

We do not knowingly collect or store full credit card numbers on our website. Online payments may be processed by third-party providers such as PayPal….may need to add others here

4. Donation Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated, donations to the Foundation are generally considered final and non-refundable.

However, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, including situations involving duplicate transactions, processing errors, unauthorized transactions, or other exceptional circumstances.

Refund requests should include the donor’s name, donation date, donation amount, transaction confirmation if available, and the reason for the request.

5. Tax Information

Jackson Education Foundation is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We do not provide tax, financial, or legal advice. Donors should consult their own tax advisor regarding the deductibility of any contribution.

Donation receipts or acknowledgments may be provided by the Foundation or by the third-party payment processor, depending on how the donation is made.

6. Programs, Grants, Scholarships, and Events

Information about Foundation programs, grants, scholarships, awards, campaigns, events, deadlines, and eligibility requirements is subject to change without notice.

Submitting an application, nomination, donation, sponsorship, or registration does not guarantee selection, approval, award, participation, recognition, or receipt of benefits.

The Foundation reserves the right to:
